Deleon Springs State Park

Home to the Old Spanish Sugar Mill & Griddle House (where you can cook your own pancakes right on the table, De Leon Springs is a great place to unwind, relax and refresh after your travels!  Visitors far and near enjoy the 72 degree year round spring water.  The head springs pumps out an amazing 19,000 gallons of fresh water each day here.  The park welcomes snorkelers, canoe and kayak enthusiasts and swimmers.  Scuba diving is available only through and instructor-lead dive (verification required.)

The 625 acres of the springs offer a variety of activities. De Leon Springs has excellent designated swimming areas. De Leon Springs State Park provides access to Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge, where canoeists can explore 18,000 acres of lakes, creeks and marshes.  Kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats are available for rent at the park concession. 

Visitors can enjoy a half-mile nature trail that meanders through a floodplain forest.
