Executive Apartments has easy access to SE 17th Street. It offers 1/1 apartments. Some of the downstairs units have a screened in courtyard and the upstairs units have 2 balconies. Water is paid by the complex, has a dishwasher, refrigerator and range and has large walk-in closet. It also has central air conditioning and heating. There are NO laundry facilities and NO washer/dryer hook-ups at this complex.
