Ocala Ghost Walks introduces the realm of possibility to both the greatest enthusiast and the most daring skeptics of the paranormal. According to Catherine Wendall, the owner of Ocala Ghost Walks and Historical Tours, she has seen and sensed spirits her whole life. She has lived and worked in the Ocala Historic area for many years.
For years, Catherine has claimed of the intensity of paranormal activity in the Fort King Street area and Ocala itself. This has allowed many people to truly experience and learn about the supernatural history of Ocala. This tour will go through Downtown Historic Ocala and also the historic Fort King area, which is surrounded by beautifully haunted Victorian house from the turn of the century.
The tours are scheduled on Friday and Saturdays at 8PM and usually last 75-90 minutes. You must reserve by 4Pm by calling 352-690-7933. You may buy tickets for $10 cash at Doc of Roc Shop (56 SE 1st Ave. #101 near the square.
