Annual HOA Fee Due by Jan. 15th

​Notices for your annual assessment fee were sent out in November 2014. For those who sent theirs in December they were received but due to elections in Nov. it causes a transition for a new Treasurer.  Delays for depositing were expected and your patience is appreciated.

For those who have not sent theirs in, the late fee deadline begins on January 15th, 2015.  Please get your fees in promptly so late fees don't occur on your account.
