Are you having a hard time finding time in your day to do a follow up weight loss visit. If you meet the qualifications below we can do your visit via telephone.
1. Have to have been seen in the office within the past 3 months (face to face visit required every 3 months)
2. Have to be either loosing, maintaining or actively trying to loose weight.
3. Blood pressure has to consistently be below 150/90.
4. On the day of your consult you will need to get a blood pressure reading, pulse rate and current weight measurement. Then call our office, make required payment and give phone number where you can be reached so you can be contacted when schedule allows that day.
Deluxe visits are available if the patient wants to come by and get the B12 injection and pick up their carb and sugar blockers within 3 business days.
Prices are the same as a face to face visit.
