Business sustainability for fitness Pro's - Orlando Florida

Class: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17TH 1:15-02:45Pm #110

SPEAKER:

William Baun, EPD, CWP, FAWHP

DESCRIPTION:

Globally, employers are facing three challenges to workforce capacity and productivity: a talent shortage, an aging population, and the high incidence of chronic diseases. Employee wellness once viewed as a nice extra has now become a strategic imperative. Employers recognize they are uniquely positioned to improve the health and well-being of their workers through workplace wellness initiatives that are linked to business sustainability. But the rapid growth of worksite wellness has put pressure on the industry to find practitioners who understand motivation, and the processes leading to sustainable behavior change. This session will look at worksite wellness as the future for Fitness Pros.
